Brad Pitt in Inglourious Basterds

the upcoming movie by Quentin Tarantino, starring Brad Pitt is definitely one of the quirkiest movie names that I have come across. Movie names in itself can cause interest to develop about the movie and this name definitely is strongly attractive. I have listed down some of the movie titles that I had found attractive over the course of my movies-watching career.

– Resorvoir Dogs

– Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

– The Shawshank Redemption

– Apocalypse Now

– The Departed

– The Abyss

– Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

– Mystic River

– V for Vendetta

– Django the Bastard – personally not a movie I have seen but this was a frequent title given in DumbC events we took part and was often a tough one to crack but the title remains fresh in mind as do a couple of book titles like Pearls, Girls & Monty Bodkin and The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 3/4

In case any of you has other equally or even more strong movie titles do let me know.

Hmmm.. Yes.. Sweeney Todd is another interesting choice.. I think if you had to pick quirky movies (not by titles), most of Johnny Depp’s movies would qualify, Sweeney Todd, Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, The ninth gate etc

  3. Soumya says:

Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe
    Hows that for weird 🙂
