Some Help Please

I am having problems with the texture of my onion Sambhar. Its either too watery or too thick. Any help (that works) would be greatly appreciated.

But it does taste fundamentally awesome, in case you were wondering

    a) Buy from Saravana Bhavan / some such equivalent (near equivalent) in Hyd
    b) Book a Chen-Hyd ticket for Mom
    c) Don’t make Sambhar

    a) The nearest Decent hotel is around an hour away and the waiting time is an hour
    b) Mom is ultra-busy
    c) Its the only thing I can make without killing myself or any others eating the same

    I have not cooked much..but I think arisi maavu maybe the answer if it turns to be very watery..add some arisi maavu and boil for 2 mins..let me know if this works 🙂
